  • Co-Founder & CEO

    Ross brings venture grit, financial precision, and a deep love for the game to Flush.
    As Lead Analyst at Africa Bitcoin Corporation — Africa’s first publicly listed Bitcoin treasury company on the JSE — Ross helped pioneer a new asset class in South African capital markets, shaping how digital assets integrate into institutional finance.

    Before that, he played a key role at Altvest Capital & ACOF, where he executed and presented over R100 million in funding approvals across agriculture, renewable energy, and retail. Ross was instrumental in the Summit Deals software onboarding into ACOF’s operations, driving the transition from legacy spreadsheets to real-time institutional reporting and automating investor workflows.

    A former A-Team Golf Captain with a 3.1 handicap, Ross knows that excellence — in golf or business — comes down to timing, precision, and relentless follow-through. He holds a BCom (Hons) in Economic Analysis of Financial Markets and a BCom in Finance from UCT.

    At Flush, Ross leads strategy, partnerships, and commercialisation — turning the numbers behind the fairway into real, scalable growth.

    Luke is the tech powerhouse behind Flush’s digital engine.
    A software engineer and full-stack developer specializing in scalable, AI-powered systems, Luke’s focus is on making technology feel invisible — effortless for golfers and powerful for clubs.

    With an Honours in Computer Science from Stellenbosch University, his thesis explored LLM-based tutoring and code analysis — proof that his precision in logic mirrors the precision of a perfect swing.

    From Afrihost to Paytec, Luke’s work fuses user-centric design with robust engineering.
    At Flush, he leads the design and development of the intelligent platform that brings real-time insights, dynamic pricing, and automation to every fairway.
